Our tour takes you on an exhilarating journey through our Excursion Resort’s first-class trails, a sprawling network across a 6,000+ acres – a terrain larger than the Vail Ski Area!
Venture into our vast playground, boasting over 100 miles of meticulously designed trails and freestyle zones. The journey will lead you 2,400 vertical feet to high alpine ridges, where you’ll be rewarded with awe-inspiring views of Vail Mountain & Beaver Creek Resort, seven mountain ranges, and the continental divide, all from an altitude of nearly 11,000 feet above sea level.

We highly encourage guests who have their own transportation to drive directly to our snowmobile facility for their scheduled trip. This not only allows you to enjoy the scenic route to our resort but also gives you the flexibility to arrive at your own pace.
However, we understand that not everyone may have access to personal transportation. For those staying in Vail, Beaver Creek, or Avon and require a pickup, we offer a limited shuttle service from your accommodation. We strive to make your adventure with us as seamless as possible, starting right from your doorstep.

Our shuttle service is subject to availability and operates on a first-come, first-serve basis. To ensure a smooth and timely departure for your tour, we recommend scheduling your pickup when booking your snowmobiling experience. At Sage Outdoor Adventures Excursion Resort, we’re committed to making your snowmobiling adventure as convenient and enjoyable as possible, right from the start.

- We pick up from most hotels in Vail, Beaver Creek & Avon
- Guest located in East or West Vail, may meet us at the Vail Transportation Center
- All Guests staying in Bachelor Gulch will be picked up at the group Circle located at the Ritz Carlton
- We cannot pick up from private residences, please call our office to find your closest pick up location

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY

- 48 Hour Cancellation Policy – Any Cancellation within 48 Hours is non-refundable.
- This also includes no shows and not using reserved snowmobiles on the day of the trip. For example, If you reserve 4 snowmobiles and on the day of your trip you end up only using 3 snowmobiles, you will still be charged for 4 snowmobiles.
- Add-ons within 48 hours will be dependent on availability.
- We never overbook any of our trips. These policies ensure our ability to uphold our end of the reservation commitments. We look forward to playing in the mountains with you!
