The Holy Grail Of Fishing in Colorado

The immediate thoughts that come to mind when shopping for a fishing trip should be: Will I catch fish? Will my spot be exclusive to me and my party? Will I truly be in the wild places of Colorado, off the beaten path? Will my guide know what he/she is doing? Will there be good food? Will I disconnect from the daily grind of the modern lifestyle?

At Sage, we can answer yes to all of those questions. We operate on some of the best, if not the very best private waters in Colorado. The Piney River is the most coveted fishing location in Vail and Beaver Creek, and its all yours, only here at Sage. Seven miles of a completely private alpine river located in the middle of a 30,000 acre mountain ranch. The river canyon is accessed only by Side X Side ATV vehicles. In addition, The two private alpine lakes, Marma and Oxford, allow for a unique offering in the State where your vertical family of all ages and generations, can enjoy time in the wilderness together, Fly Fishing or Spin Casting, from shore or a boat, on a lake all to yourselves, deep in the wilderness tucked up agains the Gore Mountain Range. This is fishing at its very finest.

"Testimonials"

At age 73, I had the pleasure of having my daughter fulfill a bucket list dream of fly-fishing on the Colorado River. She chose Sage Adventures to supply the raft, equipment and guide. The trip was thrilling and the scenery was breathtaking. Thanks to Colin, our guide, I actually caught 6 trout and landed 4 . He was very patient with me (a novice) and taught me the many different aspects of fly-fishing. Colin was also knowledgeable about the history of the area we visited. I highly recommend the experience I had with Colin at Sage.
