PRIVATE SNOWMOBILING TOURS

You are in control of how you spend your 2 hours on trail. Make is a leisure cruise, take as many photo opportunities as you like, stop and make a tik-tok, or spend 1/2 time playing in a powder field. Your guide will cater to what you would like to get out of your tour.

We’ll take children as young as 3 years old on a private tour. 3 & 4 year olds must ride in front of the guide, no exceptions. Children are not allowed to ride in front of their parents under any circumstance. If a child falls asleep, the entire group may need to return to the base to drop them off. There are no refund or time extensions for this. There is always a risk to young children joining a tour.

Private trips are a perfect opportunity for a surprise proposal, intimate elopement, or photoshoot. Please inform our office if you plan to do any of the above, so we can give your guide a heads up. Outside photographers are not allowed on property without prior permission.

Shuttle Transportation

Our shuttle service is subject to availability and operates on a first-come, first-serve basis. To ensure a smooth and timely departure for your tour, we recommend scheduling your pickup when booking your snowmobiling experience. At Sage Outdoor Adventures Excursion Resort, we’re committed to making your snowmobiling adventure as convenient and enjoyable as possible, right from the start.

Pickup Locations For Transportation

• We pick up from most hotels in Vail, Beaver Creek & Avon
• Guest located in East or West Vail, may meet us at the Vail Transportation Center
• All Guests staying in Bachelor Gulch will be picked up at the group Circle located at the Ritz Carlton
• We cannot pick up from private residences, please call our office to find your closest pick up location
