We welcome children as young as three years old on our private tours, with the condition that 3 & 4-year-olds must ride in front of the guide without exception. For safety reasons, children are not allowed to ride in front of their parents under any circumstance. If a child falls asleep during the tour, the entire group may need to return to the base to drop them off. Please note that there are no refunds or time extensions in such situations, and there is always a risk involved with young children participating in the tour.

Please inform our office if you plan to incorporate any special events during your tour, so we can prepare your guide accordingly. Please note that outside photographers are not permitted on the property without prior permission.

Our shuttle service is subject to availability and operates on a first-come, first-serve basis. To ensure a smooth and timely departure for your tour, we recommend scheduling your pickup when booking your snowmobiling experience. At Sage Outdoor Adventures Excursion Resort, we’re committed to making your snowmobiling adventure as convenient and enjoyable as possible, right from the start.

• We pick up from most hotels in Vail, Beaver Creek & Avon
• Guest located in East or West Vail, may meet us at the Vail Transportation Center
• All Guests staying in Bachelor Gulch will be picked up at the group Circle located at the Ritz Carlton
• We cannot pick up from private residences, please call our office to find your closest pick up location
