Rafting Trips Through Gore Creek
About Our Class III Gore Creek Tours
Vail’s true local stretch of water offers an unparalleled rafting experience. Raft through the heart of Vail Village and navigate surf waves and play holes interspersed with fun rapids. Marvel at the breathtaking scenery of the Gore Range, with waterfalls cascading off enormous granite cliffs and some of Colorado’s most spectacular Aspen tree groves surrounding you. Enjoy Vail rafting from a whole new perspective on this 6-mile water adventure.
Meeting Location:
All guests must meet at one of the following locations is Vail for this trip:
- Lionshead Welcome Center, at the bottom of the West stairs of the Lionshead parking structure
- Welcome Center on top of the Vail Village parking structure.

The duration of our rafting trip will be around 3 hours.

Private raft tours may be available. Please call us at 970-476-3700. Daily 8am-5pm.
Trips do fill up – we recommend booking in advance!

We require full payment when you make your reservation. If you must cancel your reservation and we are notified at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled meet time, we will refund your payment, less 10%, resulting in a 90% refund. Cancelling a reservation the same day it was booked is still subject to fees. Rescheduling a reservation must be done outside of 48 hours and is subject to availability and a rebooking fee. If you cancel for any reason and we are notified less than 48 hours prior to your scheduled meet time, we cannot refund any portion of the payment. All sales inside 48 hours are final and non-refundable / non-transferable. Sage Outdoor Adventures cannot be held responsible for and will not issue refunds for personal inconveniences, health related issues, family emergencies, injuries, winter road conditions, flight delays / cancellations, public transportation delays, traffic jams/accidents, or inclement weather. When you make your reservation, we are reserving a space for you and now turning away other potential guests.
