The experience wraps up at our cozy holiday warming tent, where guests can gather around a wood-burning stove and bonfire, enjoy hot cocoa and fresh cookies, and soak in the holiday atmosphere. - Guests arrive at Sage and are welcomed by our team for check-in and preparation. During this time, guests will:
- Complete waivers and check-in
- Gear up as needed for weather conditions
- Receive a safety orientation and tour overview
- Meet their guide and learn about the Side-by-Side experience
- Guided Scenic Side-by-Side Tour (0:30–1:30)
- The adventure begins with a one-hour guided Side-by-Side ride through winter terrain. Highlights include:
- Scenic off-road travel through the mountains
- A stop at a picturesque viewpoint for family photos
- A holiday themed Scavenger Hunt
- Light holiday storytelling and local insight from your guide
- Holiday Warming Tent Experience (1:30–2:30)
- The tour concludes at our festive warming tent, where guests are invited to relax and enjoy:
- A cozy wood-burning stove and outdoor bonfire
- Hot cocoa and fresh cookies

Designed for our youngest adventurers (Ages 4+) and their families, the Jingle Bell Joy Ride is a gentle and festive way to explore Sage’s beautiful mountain property. Travel by Side-by-Side across thousands of acres of private land, winding through open meadows, Aspen groves, and scenic mountain trails as guides share stories about the area and the wildlife that call it home. Throughout the ride, kids can take part in a holiday-themed scavenger hunt, spotting seasonal surprises and natural features along the way.
Keep an eye out for deer, elk, birds, and other native animals as you make your way to a scenic viewpoint perfect for family photos. The experience continues at our cozy holiday warming tent, where kids and adults alike can warm up by the wood-burning stove and bonfire, enjoy hot cocoa and fresh cookies, play holiday games, and meet the Grinch for a fun Polaroid photo keepsake.
With a relaxed pace, expert guides, and plenty of time to explore, play, and unwind, this holiday adventure is perfect for families with children ages 3 and up who want to experience the magic of the mountains together.
